Knowledgeable, analytical, and innately curious, Scholars are the librarians of the Universe. You are designed to absorb and integrate information from the world around you. Your role in life is to develop and maintain our collective learning and understanding, thereby teaching us how we can best learn from the human experience in all its facets.
You shine when you are able to gather information and assemble knowledge on whatever topic takes your interest. You love to lose yourself in it. The source of information can be anything and everything: books, the Internet, travel, scientific research, introspection, or simply watching the world go by.
You make sure that important information doesn’t slip away. Scholar souls are born to study, think and learn, but not just in the academic sense — fundamentally you are students of life.
Scholars are at their best as observers, reporters, analysts, and archivists.
Scholars have an innate need to learn, study, investigate, or research and then to disseminate and share that knowledge with others for the highest good.
You need to be intellectually stimulated and have a high need for intellectual input into your mind.
Your dream job might be as an author; subject matter expert; professor; mediator; researcher; historian; philosopher; non-fiction writer; journalist; or documentary-maker.
Think along the lines of anything that allows you to be academic or studious, or indulge in your deep need for knowledge in your preferred areas of study as you dive into the detail (soul-stimulating bonus points for passing on that ‘higher’ learning to other seekers).
Curious, Analytical, Detail-Oriented, Grounded, Knowledgeable, Logical, Mediating, Methodical, Neutral, Observing, Studious, Understanding.
You have a mind that spongelike in absorbing facts, figures, or information that’s of interest to you.
You are probably good at knowledge games like puzzles, trivia, logic, Q & A quiz games, word games, strategy, or Jeopardy.
You love to research before deciding anything, which makes you a very valuable asset to others.
You are open to trying new experiences to expand your knowledge-base.
People value your opinion because you are willing to see an issue from many perspectives and weigh all sides fairly, and they trust your research and knowledge.
Objective, grounded, and a good mediator, you tend to be pretty good at keeping your emotions in check around others.
Scholars can become so bookish in their approach to collecting information that they don't speak from hands-on experience, but from theory.
In other words, your understanding at times comes from 'knowledge' instead of true knowing.
Also, scholars can have a tendency to get lost in issues that are impractical or of no interest to anyone but themselves. Some may say you’re too detached.
Depending on your soul age, you may experience these qualities in lesser amounts.

Once you know who your soul is born to be, you become free to follow your joy both in your calling and in your day-to-day life.
Trust that niggling feeling that has you wanting to live a life of learning and sharing that learning with others, in whatever your particular area of interest is.
Know that when you follow your joy, your abundance will be provided for. There is a Law of Divine Compensation that states that when we put out the work in the world that is ours to do, we are richly and prosperously rewarded. So you can rest in knowing that when you step into your god-given role of service, you will be totally taken care of.
Remember, you are only capable of creating at your highest when your connection to the divine is clear, so it’s important for you to get alone time to recharge and reconnect.
Spend time focusing on self-care that makes you feel in the flow: reading a book, listening to a podcast, attending a workshop, or otherwise indulging in your need to be fed with knowledge.
One of the best ways for you to connect to your intuition, which will lead you to your next step, is to minimize stress in your life. For you, this can mean opening the space to learn a little each day. Also, meditation each morning where you simply focus on the breath for a few minutes can allow you to 'clear your mental cache', leaving you open for new inspiration to come through.
Allow time for yourself each morning to connect to your scholar heart. Your joy is your inner compass. If you are fulfilling on what makes you happy, you automatically serve the whole.
Inspired by this higher purpose, your 'next right action' will be continuously revealed to you, helping you to surrender into the flow at each step of your journey.
To attune yourself to this, next time you have to make a decision, run it by your joy meter. Is it a '2' or a '10'? Does it feel expansive and exhilarating or constrictive and deadening?
Using this method, your intuition will lead you exactly where you need to go.
And in the meantime, trust that where you are on your soul's journey is right where you need to be. You are being divinely guided to the golden path of your life.
Celebrate this soul role you were born to serve. You have something very special to share. When you do, you will experience the joy, meaning, abundance, and freedom you crave, all while serving the highest good.
